Women's Wool Tencel Blend Top U Neck Mid Sleeve Cropped Slim

A mid-sleeved top in a blend of wool, Tencel lyocell, and spandex, cut slim and short with a U neckline. The combination is what makes it unusual for a base layer — the wool brings warmth and temperature regulation, the Tencel adds drape and a cool, smooth hand that stops wool feeling heavy against the skin, and the spandex gives the fitted cut enough stretch to move.

At 160 grams the fabric is fine rather than bulky, which is the point of a wool base layer: it needs to sit flat under a jumper or jacket without adding thickness at the shoulder. The U neckline opens wider and deeper than a crew, framing the collarbone and keeping the line clean under a V-neck knit. Mid-length sleeves fall between short and three-quarter, covering the upper arm without reaching the elbow. A straight shoulder line sits squarely at the shoulder edge.

At around 40cm the length finishes above the waist, sitting at the top of a high-rise waistband. Five colourways are offered: white, black, cherry pink, dark purple, and cocoa brown. The cocoa brown and dark purple are the strongest of the set for autumn, both pairing naturally with cream, camel, and olive knitwear, while the white and black handle layering duty.
